Days after the one year competition of Israeli’s genocide on Palestininas citizens, the death toll on Gaza and Lebanon have surged on Wednesday.
As per the latest data, Israeli occupation forces committed three massacres against families in the Gaza Strip over the time period of 24 hours, resulting in the killing of at least 45 Palestininans and leaving behind the injury of 130 others.
Gaza health authority confirmed that the death toll in Gaza from the Israeli genocide have reached 42,010 reported fatalities with 97,720 people sustaining injuries. As per the reports, the majority of the victims are women and children.
400,000 Palestinians Trapped in Northern Gaza
UNRWA’s chief Filippo Lazzarini reported that at least 400,000 Palestinians are trapped in northern Gaza because of the new evacuation order by the Israeli military for residents.
On October 8, 2024, the Israeli military issued a 24-hour evacuation notice to Kamal Adwan Hospital, the Indonesian Hospital, and Al-Awda Hospital, instructing them to evacuate all personnel, including medical staff, patients, the wounded, the sick, and hospitalized children.
The UNRWA announced it was forced to shut down its lifesaving services due to the new siege. “Intensified military operations in the north are forcing us to shut down lifesaving services,” the agency stated on X.
The UN agency reported that at least seven schools sheltering displaced people are being evacuated. Additionally, only two out of eight water wells in the Jabalia refugee camp remain operational
Netanyahu warns Lebanon of destruction ‘similar to what we see in Gaza’
With the genocidal war on Gaza , Israel has targeted Lebanon with killing and injuring many people.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned Lebanon could face destruction “like Gaza” and claimed Israel has killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah’s “replacement, and the replacement of his replacement”.
Netanyahu’s remarks came in a visual message addressed to Lebanese citizens on Tuesday, in which he also claimed Hezbollah is “weaker than it has been for many, many years”.
