Amidst the poll race in Haryana, with the BJP racing ahead in polls, as per the early trends, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that the defeat of congress is the result of the failed leadership of Rahul Gandhi.
“While campaigning in Haryana , I had said that Rahul Gandhi (Opposition leader in Lok Sabha) would fail for the third time. People know it well that his leadership is not liked even by Congressmen,” Yadav told PTI.
“People Rejected Congress on the Development Issue”
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav further said that the result of Haryana poll reflects the people’s trust in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
“People rejected Congress on the development issue and the language they used. The lotus ( BJP symbol) will bloom for the third time in Haryana ,” Yadav said.
He stated that the people of Haryana responded positively to the double-engine government slogan under the leadership of PM Modi, Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, and Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.
“I had experienced people’s enthusiasm and excitement during the poll campaign. Congress was living in an illusion, may God keep their illusion intact. The Congress is cut off from ground reality,” he added.
Meanwhile, Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini said, “I want to congratulate all party workers and people of Haryana. We are forming a government in Haryana for the third time because of PM Modi’s policies and his hard work. Lotus will Bloom for the Third Time in Haryana
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has secured 34 assembly seats in Haryana, positioning itself to retain the state for a record third consecutive term. Meanwhile, the alliance of the National Conference (NC) and Congress has emerged victorious in the Jammu and Kashmir assembly polls.
The BJP is currently leading in 15 out of 90 constituencies in Haryana, while the Congress has secured 30 seats and is leading in six others.
In Jammu and Kashmir, the National Conference (NC) and Congress have secured 47 seats, while the BJP has obtained 28 and the PDP three. Additionally, AAP’s Mehraj Malik has delivered the party its first-ever electoral victory in the region.
