Ahead of the violence that unfolded in the national capital, the Cockroach Janata Party has said that the protest at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar will proceed as a result; on Tuesday morning, protesters were seen gathering again at the Jantar Mantar site. However, heavy deployment of police and RAF personnel remained stationed at the site.
The protest saw several protestors injured after police used lathi charges and teargas shells to disperse crowds. Police said that protesters showed “unruly, aggressive, and violent” behavior during the protest. The protesters, meanwhile, say that the Delhi Police used excessive force during the “Sansad Chalo” march.
To disperse the crowd, police resorted to a lathi charge and burst teargas shells on protestors who drew from different areas of the country to march towards the Parliament complex.

Meanwhile, the Union Health Minister, JP Nadda, meanwhile, spokesperson Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranak at his abode on Monday afternoon and heard their demands. The union health minister appealed to the CJP to end their protest.
The demands of the CJP that were put in front of the union minister were the release of Sonam Wangchuk without redistricting his movement, the resignation of the education minister, and compensation of Rs 1 crore for all the NEET aspirants who died by suicide, as the NEET 2026 paper was allegedly leaked.
As the protest turned violent, the protest venue Jantar Mantar was cleared by evening, but the Cockroach Janata Party, however, said that the founders Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, and Sonam Wangchuk’s wife Gitanjali Angmo are continuing the sit-in protest in front of the Kerala House.
Meanwhile, the government shut down the internet services, and workers erected metal barricades to stop the protestors.
