On the eve of Rosh Hashanah (Israeli New Year) the skies of Israel flashed with fire and sounds of attacks, 200 ballistic missiles were launched from Iran, interpreted as joint efforts between Israel defense forces, US agencies. President Joe Biden reportedly stated that the US had been actively supporting Israel’s defense under his directive. Biden reportedly had been in the situation room when the attack began.
